STEPPING FORWARD WITH CONCERNS
THE COLLEGE IS HERE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC
The College’s mandate is to serve and protect the public interest in a competent and ethical standard of practice on the part of BC’s podiatrists.
In addition to setting standards and enhancing practice through quality assurance programs, to be effective at carrying out this mandate and responsive to the public, a College must hear the public’s concerns and questions.
If you have a concern, you may wish to approach the podiatrist directly and attempt to have a professional and helpful dialogue, which might resolve your concerns.
If you wish to enquire about the standards of practice or complaint process, or make a complaint, the College will respond. See more about making a complaint.
