RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION
… IS AN ANNUAL REQUIREMENT
Registrants in every class of registration must renew their registration annually in order to remain registered with the College.
Renewal packages are sent out around the end of October in each year. The necessary documentation and the renewal fee are due by the following January 1; because of the holiday they are actually due on the first working day after New Years Day.
All necessary forms, documentation of CME and malpractice insurance coverage and annual fee payment should be submitted together.
The annual registration fee for the Full Class is $4100. The fee for renewal in the Non Practising Class is $200.
As well for the renewal of registration, registrants are required to respond to various questions, provided with the Form 4.
Please note that the College is required to cancel the registration of any member who fails to pay the annual fee on time.
Please also note that a Form 3 Statutory Declaration is not any longer required for renewal of registration.
