INCORPORATED PODIATRY PRACTICES
Podiatrists are permitted to incorporate and deliver their services through health profession corporations or podiatric corporations, pursuant to the Health Professions Act and the College Bylaws.
Before a podiatric corporation may provide services to the public, the corporation must hold a podiatric corporation permit issued by the College. See more about incorporating and obtaining a corporate permit.
Note: Incorporation under the Health Professions Act and practising through the corporation will not shield a registrant from personal civil liability for professional negligence.
